Podere Giovanni serves breakfast and/or dinner on the farm.

“At that time, yes we eat well!….” My intent is to offer the opportunity to relive, using the country kitchen, the pleasurable and relaxing moment of going to the table and finally talking. At that time combining the region favorites and the seasons to create meals based on vegetables and fruits cultivated on the farm.

That way, I too get to relive the tradition of classic recipes such as tortellini with ricotta cheese and spinach ragu, black cabbage soup, vegetable pie, sliced breads, homemade desserts adequate for each moment of the year, ….and on request wild boars head, a famous castagneto recipe (Slow Food).

At breakfast homemade cakes and jams, sliced meats and cheeses typical of the area such as ham, capicollo, caciotta and pecorino (sheep’s milk cheese), etc… are available. Everything is enriched by fruit, coffee, tea; fruit juice, etc……buffet style!
